(Disclaimer: Some of the tasks have different star requirements, depending on the Year you’re in. The following Walkthrough contains the images from Year 6, which pretty much has the highest requirements.)
Now is the time to sum things up and discuss the outcome with your friends and teammates. Head to the Great Hall when you are ready.
Upon arriving, you will be able to interact with some of the characters and check out what they have to say. Penny will greet you with a huge smile on her face.
You will comment on the match results.
She’ll also say a few words. These will be different, depending on the outcome of the match.
Still, regardless of the results, it seems that this time, Skye is the center of everyone’s attention.
Needless to say, Penny will be overjoyed to see Skye in the spotlight, she’ll then decide to tell you all about it. This requires earning five stars within an hour. Only one star is needed to pass.
If you are looking to save some energy, it is recommended to earn a single star and let the timer expire since there’s no waiting time before the next task.
Apparently, it’s been quite a while since you last had the chance to watch Skye play Quidditch.
Perhaps one day you will be able to watch her play professionally.
Penny will mention that this is the first time in a long while that you’re not in the center of attention. She’ll be curious to know how you feel about that. There are three options to respond with. None of these will have any significant impact on the story, so feel free to take your pick.
Shortly after, Skye will enter the Great Hall, and most of your housemates will immediately start cheering at her.
By the looks of it, she came to inform you that there’s a team meeting you should attend soon, it likely has something to do with the upcoming house match. Proceed to the Quidditch Changing Room when you are ready. When you arrive, you will get to chat with some of your teammates before continuing. You’ll ask your team captain if he gathered all of you for a moment of vivification.
Skye will comment on that. Her lines will vary, depending on the outcome of the house match.
Your Seeker will say a few words about Skye’s astounding performance.
By the looks of it, Orion wants to talk about the upcoming house match. According to him, your next opponents will be Rath’s team. He’ll also comment on the results of the previous house match.
He will then mention the results of the last Quidditch season.
Skye will praise their Beaters. According to her, they’re the best Beaters at Hogwarts. Murphy will also say a few words about that.
Apparently, he’s gotten an ace up his sleeve.
It looks like Orion asked him to help all of you prepare for the upcoming match and Murphy has an interesting anti-beater strategy he wants to share with the rest of you. Reviewing his strategy requires earning five stars within three hours. Three stars are needed to pass.
There are bonus progress actions tied to Orion and the blackboard. Focus on those if you want to save a bit of energy.
When you are done, you’ll be unsure if Murphy’s tactics will help you win the match. Murphy will give you some numeric values to support his strategy. You have three options to respond with. None of these will have any meaningful impact on the story, so feel free to pick whichever one you prefer.
Soon after, Orion will inform everyone that the practice is about to start. This requires completing two Quidditch friendlies.
As always, pick the position that suits you the most and hit Start when you are ready to begin.
Try your best to successfully complete all of the maneuvers in order to earn some nice rewards.
When you are done, Skye will inform you that there are roughly four hours until your next Quidditch practice. Since this chapter is not time-limited, you should simply wait until the timer runs out.
Proceed to the Quidditch pitch once the wait time is over. Upon arriving, you will notice the speech bubbles above some of your teammates. By the looks of it, Orion wants Skye to lead the next team practice, and apparently she has something special planned for it.
Orion will then gather everyone and make an announcement.
Skye will start explaining things.
This will sound all too familiar. Suddenly, the Bludgers will start flying around, and Skye will ask everyone to practice dodging them.
This requires earning five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.
The only bonus progress action here is linked to Skye. Prioritize her actions if you’re looking to save some energy.
When you are done, you will feel exhausted from dodging all of those Bludgers. Skye will notice this and ask if you need a break.
Thankfully, you won’t have to dodge them any longer, and you will use this break to ask Orion a question.
He will answer your question with a question. Still, you will be curious if you are the weak link in your team.
Orion will ask if you believe that is the case. This choice will be referenced later on, but it won’t have any significant impact on the story, so feel free to pick either option.
Regardless of your choice, you won’t be sure if you are holding the others back. Your team captain will say a few words of wisdom before the practice continues.
Next, you will be tasked with playing a friendly match as a Beater. Hit Start when you are ready to begin.
As before, focus on completing all of the maneuvers successfully.
After this, you’ll be tasked with completing two Quidditch friendlies.
These won’t restrict you to playing Beater, so you can feel free to play Chaser if you like.
When you are done, go to the Commentary Box to meet with Murphy. Upon arriving, you will notice that Andre is sitting next to Murphy.
You’ll kindly ask Murphy for his help, and you will also tell him you’re unsure if you are performing well as a Beater. Luckily, both of them will be more than happy to help you. Discussing statistics with them requires earning five stars within eight hours. All five stars are needed to pass.
There is a bonus progress action tied to your character. Prioritize it if you want to save some energy.
Once you are done, Murphy will point out something.
According to him, a slump is much different from a bad luck.
Andre will ask if you think you’re in a slump. There are two options to choose from. This choice will be referenced later on, but won’t influence the story significantly, so you can feel free to pick whichever option you prefer.
Your previous choice will be referenced here.
In any case, you will decide to try and improve as a Beater as much as possible for the upcoming house match.
Shortly after, you will thank them for helping you before heading back to the Pitch. There will be a waiting period of three hours before you can continue. Since you are likely low on energy at this point, it is recommended to wait and let your energy replenish in the meantime.
Return to the Quidditch pitch once the waiting time is over. When you arrive, you will notice that Skye is there.
She will be surprised to see you on the pitch so early and you will quickly fill her in.
Also, your previous choice will be referenced here.
Apparently, she knows a lot about slumps, after talking for a bit about the previous house match, you will try to use the opportunity to ask her about her dad, once again, she will dodge the question and quickly change the subject.
You will then get to talk to her about slumps. This requires earning five stars within three hours. Three stars are needed to pass.
There are bonus progress actions linked to both Skye and your character. This will make it a bit easier to complete the task.
When you are done, you will be very surprised by the things she said about slumps.
She’ll then ask for your opinion.
You will recall Andre’s advice.
Apparently, she knows a lot about slumps. After talking for a bit about the previous house match, you will try to use the opportunity to ask her about her dad. Once again, she will dodge the question and quickly change the subject.
One more time, you will try to ask her about what she said earlier.
Unfortunately, your teammates will arrive moments after you ask the question, so she will use it as an excuse not to answer.
For the next practice, you will be locked to playing Beater.
This one is fairly similar to most other regular practices.
When you are done, you will be tasked with completing three Quidditch friendlies.
For these, you can play whichever position you prefer.
Once again, try to complete all of the maneuvers successfully to earn some nice rewards.
When you are done, Chapter 6 of Season 2 will come to an end. Hit the Collect button to claim your reward. You will receive 200 Coins.
Will these intense practices help you get out of the slump? And are you really in a slump at all? Find out in the next chapter of Quidditch for Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery!
Thank you for reading.
